Sachaltech Pvt. Ltd. is incorporated in Nepal and operates a sub-branch in Ontario, Canada. The primary governing law of our client engagements is Ontario, with Nepal as secondary forum (your choice as a Nepalese counterparty). Where local law gives you stronger consumer or data-protection rights — for example EU GDPR, UK GDPR, Quebec Law 25, Brazilian LGPD, India DPDP Act 2023, California CCPA/CPRA — those stronger rights apply automatically and are not waived by the governing-law clause.

Sachaltech is a senior-only product studio. We engineer software, AI systems and business operations for founders, operators and enterprises in 30+ countries across North & Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Oceania. Every engagement combines product strategy, design, full-stack engineering and applied AI in one team — no hand-offs, no agencies in the middle.
For governance and contracting, we hold two legal entities — one in Toronto, Canada and one in Kathmandu, Nepal — so we can sign under the law your buyer or investor already trusts (Ontario / federal Canadian law: PIPEDA, CASL, Ontario CPA; and Nepal Companies Act 2063). Where we deliver from, however, is wherever your project needs us.
