I accept the Sachaltech Terms

I confirm I have read and accept the Terms of Engagement, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, including confidentiality, IP assignment for paid work, non-solicitation and dispute resolution by arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Pay-on-satisfaction model

I understand and agree that compensation for any client-facing engagement is released only after the assigned scope is completed and the client has formally signed off on the deliverables. Sachaltech is not liable for client delays, scope changes or non-payment by the end client.

Information is truthful

All information, documents and identity papers I submit are genuine and belong to me. I authorise Sachaltech to verify them and to reject or terminate the application or any future engagement if any part is found to be false or misleading.

By submitting, you confirm the acknowledgements above. Sachaltech may store these documents and your acceptance record (timestamp, IP-derived metadata) as evidence of consent. You can request deletion of your application at any time by emailing hello@sachaltech.com.
